Nasreen Rajani is a University of Alberta alum with a BA in Psychology. She earned her MA in Women’s and Gender Studies at Carleton University, focusing her research on young women’s perceptions of contemporary feminist politics via popular feminist blogs. Since then, Nasreen has embraced the interdisciplinary and will focus her PhD research in Communication Studies on digital feminist activism in Canada.
Matt Murdoch is also a University of Alberta alum with a BA in Psychology. He earned his MA in Psychology at Carleton University, focusing on the discursive co-construction of attitudes toward women in conversations between men of the same (non)religious affiliation. Continuing this dual focus on discourse and the psychology of (ir)religion, his PhD is an interview-based exploration of (non)religious spirituality at the end-of-life.
